Flexi having no manufactures in new setup wizard....

Hey, my buddy just got his flexi cd in from beacongraphics last night and i was helping him install it and for some reason when you go to add a setup for a vinyl cutter or digital printer there are no manufactures listed at all, it's just blank.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
