Flexi Is Not Opening

Something has gone wrong with my system.

When I try to open Flexi I get this message - "Application Requires A Hardware Key to be Installed, but none was found."

What's up with that?

Has anyone had this problem?

Need HELP.

Have a ton of printing to do and can't get at it.

is it a usb key?

I don't know if this is true with Flexi, but I know omega used to choke on a loss of recognition of the key is power management settings were set to conserve energy when usb device is not in use (or some crap like that, don't remember exact language)

Anything to do with the key that's changed, like a usb hub?

What version of Flexi are you running? What OS are you running? What type of dongle are you using?

I got this issue straigntened out finally. It was my router. Somehow it lost its ITP setting.
