Flexi not printing registration marks? (Gerber Edge)

I recently purchased an old Gerber Edge 1 and Flexi 8.1. I can't get the registration mark to print, though. I followed the directions and have everything checked/unchecked, as far as I can tell. Rip & Print sees my contour line and I chose the correct marks for Gerber Edge. I've tried setting the color of the marks to the spot color I'm using and to "all". I found an old thread on here where someone was having the same problem and solved it but that person's solution and it doesn't make sense. It said to go to Production Manager > Preferences but I don't see that in Production Manager or Rip & Print. I thought maybe they meant Properties in R&P but the next thing they said was go to Jobs and that doesn't exist. I've searched the internet and can't find any other solutions. Obviously, I'm not doing something correctly but I can't figure out what it is. The image isn't too large for the Edge. I'm very familiar with Edges and I used to work with Flexi a few years ago but not for Edge printing. Any help would be appreciated!

I will upload a screenshot of the R&P windows this evening, if needed. I wanted to go ahead and throw this out there while I was thinking about it.

I have an Edge 2 on Flexi 8.1-- took forever to print crop marks, but finally got it. Try these settings. --Use PM when there alerted there are differences between Rip and Print and PM.

That window is located:
Go to Production manager--- highlight your printer--click Setup--Setup Properties---Job Defaults---then you should see the options above.

I had the same problem with the same version of Flexi a few years ago. In this window, Rip & Print / Advanced / Driver Options / Color, be sure to always check BLACK, even if the file you are printing has no black in it. If this isn't checked I don't think it will print the registration marks. Of course, you don't have to put in black foil for the registration marks.
