Flexi outline question?

Ok we have flexi 8.6v2. Cant figured out what happened. The red box, below the yellow box isnt available. Never happened before. Anyone have any ideas? Attached a pic.

hy don't your switch the .300 to .000 and underneath the word outline and the red box should reappear.
