flexi print & cut help

i'm new to flexi print, and want to be able to print a stacked letter set for a door. yellow background color, black insides. please help with telling how to make an outline stroke only, then throw on contour cut on outside yellow. you know how stroke is recognized on plotter as center cut only, furthermore composition of letter becomes compromised with larger stroke. please help asap

What cutter do you have.
you might look up old signware house videos on setting up a PrismJet in the videos they go over it a little bit.

The contour is adjustable to + or -. Is a 0 not giving you what you want?
