Question Flexi Print HP Basic job queue

We are using Flexi Print HP Basic for our RIP software on a Windows computer. We draw in AI on a Mac computer then send the file to the Flexi software on the Windows computer. Everything was working just fine and has been for years. Our IT department has made some changes in our company network. Now when we send the job from the Mac to the Flexi software on the Windows computer, the job doesn't show up in the job queue. We have to open the job folder and manually move it to the job queue. How do we go about getting the job to go directly to the job queue?

have you tried remapping the network link?
From your own Mac navigate thru the network and find the "hot' folder or shared folder on the Flexi workstation.
Drag the link to File Explorer favorites(or whatever Mac calls it).

Basically what he said. The hot folder is no longer shared with production manager. Your going to have to reset that portion. They changed something on the network that changed the permissions or ability to see the folder.
