Windows XP / where are all the passwords and information I need if I am going to uninstall and reinstall this software since it has been printing great and then all of a sudden it stop halfway through and then cannot send print to printer. It gets the file, does the properties, rips it but then cannot send. Have shutdown both computer and printer and have gone through all the details and still no luck so my last resort is to uninstall and reinstall.
