Flexi Problem

    When the Add Set up windows comes up. It does not show any manufactures or models, its just blank!. I have uninstalled Flexi 7.6 v2, removed registry keys. I Reformated my hard drive, re install FlexiSignPro and it does the same thing.

    I am lost I do not know what else to try...
    Any advised will be greatly appreciated

    Note:
    There is no firewalls or antivirus running.
    I am using XP professional.

    Yes, the USB key it is plugged in

    Is production manager running?

    sometimes I've had to start up production manager first and add/configure set up printer before starting flexi. Also try Flexiezine.com

    Did you install disc 2, it has the drivers for plotters and cutters on it.
