Flexi Profile Creator, reuse characterization

Can I reuse characterization prints (the last step in flexi profile creator, icc part) for multiple resolution settings? Should this be printed for each and every profile created.

What is the idea about importing icc from 3rd party profilers. Do you just make sure the profiles are made with the same printer settings.
