FLEXI RIP help

We just recently moved our printer to a new location and it was working perfectly with flexi before. We were having problems with setting up the connection and kept getting the box saying we need to set up the tcp/ip. We finally got that to where it said the connection was good. Now when we go to send the job it goes to rip and then it would either stay in the hold box on the production manager or it will say RIP error. Is there any way to find out what the error is?

I now have it to where it does not say error anymore but it says ready and the print file just stays in the hold area.

right-click then send and it should print, you probably sent it to 'Hold' in Rip and Print.
