I'm new with sending files out to zoo printing. I need to get business cards made and I sized the files up to 2.1 by 3.6inch and saved it as a pdf file. They emailed me back saying the size was way off on their end in the file and I need to flattened it (it was a live vector)
What steps would I ta to do this..any tips Thanks!

Check this... When you export as PDF, uncheck the box that says suppress PDF options. That will allow you to set the scale on the PDF and make sure it says scale to Full Size. Not sure what else it might be, but if you have illustrator or corel you could check the PDF before you send it to Zoo to make sure its the right size.

Ask them exactly what is wrong about the size. Maybe the PDF art board box is showing up in their printing software? That would cause the overall size to be off but it should be easy for them to just crop it.
