Flexi sign production mgr help!

I am cutting vinyl right now. Everything was cutting great. whet to cut another job and it looks like the file got froze in production manager. I tried to delete it but it still stays in production mgr. I never had this happen before..any suggestion on what to do and how to do it? Thanks all!

Even tried shutting down program and rebooting and its still in there. wont let me cut anything now!

You might have to restart your whole system, or try going into task manager and end product manager in there.

Changed to a different port and it works on a printing port now. So weird my main port just stopped working??? Thanks for the help.

I got it all working now, but it was just weird the port #1, quit working.
