Flexi Starter error

Hi all. Newbie question here. I'm trying to learn my Flexi program and I've printed 2 things. But for some reason now when I sent it to cut it stops at the program manager and the status is "holding". I've gone in to the preferences and the only other option is "save"...so I checked that box but then it just toggles back and forth and saves each time...no cutting....

Why? Help!

I've been on the SAI website and "support" is a pay by use type thing..for-get-it!

Any help would be great!

I'd suggest spending 15 or 20 minutes to outline exactly what printer, what plotter, what OS, what type of registration marks, what procedures you follow, weather or not the plotter looks for reg. marks... basically just remember that dozens of people will read this & most have some knowledge of some devices, under some conditions... although it will be the rare find that anyone has all the same conditions you have... although that would be great. Either way, it will never happen if nobody knows your conditions, but if we do, then it may result in a few good ideas from a few different people, that can lead to a solution for you.

Check your Cut/plot Dialog box....

check in the Cut\Plot dialog box General tab to make sure that Send now is selected and not Hold in the list, also to see if can plot if he release the job manually from the Production manager.

Thanks guys! I found my problem....the USB cable that came with the printer was toast! Got a new one at Goodwill for $2 and life is good again!
