Flexi To Mutoh

Has anyone else had issues with Files just disappearing from the queue? It happens periodically and is very frustrating.
We're using Flexi Sign & print Mutoh Edition to 2 Mutoh Value Jet VJ-1624's
We also use Onyx to rip to our HP FB500. Would that work to Mutoh?
We also use Versa Works for our Rolands.
Any help is appreciated!

Check your default settings and make sure under the, "Workflow", tab you choose, "Hold", instead of "Delete" after print. That will make it so if you bring a file into the production manager directly, it will always hold until you delete it. You have to set this up for both printers individually.

We use one dedicated rip computer with Onyx and send to all three of our printers. 2 Mutoh printers and a FB750. Works wonderful.....

Yes, we do that. It doesn't always delete the files, just randomly. Like in 2 or 3 months. Sometimes in the middle of a paneled print. Not just that file, but everything in the queue. GONE.

I had the first 1624 running Wasatch, it's super good. Second 1624 came with Flexi, there were several problems running Flexi, also ripping of vector files wasn't quite good so I changed to Wasatch

We also have one dedicated ripstation for all five printers. Only happens on the Mutohs.
