Flexi22 ink channel reconfigure

Flexisign 22, epson stylus pro 9900, How can I reconfigure ink channels? Does this need to be done through a new icc profile?

In the color management-tab, near the popup-menu were the ink setup can be chosen, should be a button to open the ink channel configuration window (Flexi Subscription/FlexiSIGN & PRINT). Depending on changes of the ink configuration and ink you use, a new ICC-Profile should be neccessary
