flexi7.6 question

Can anyone tell me where do I go to clear preferences in Flexi 7.6 I just got the program, still new to these. I read it's a good idea to clear preferences tie to time. I am having some printing problem, not sure if it's Flexi or my CJ-500 it stops during printing and just shuts down...

I had the same problem when I had my CJ500 using flexi, I was told by the tech to switch over to color choice, did that and never happened again. But I was talking with someone just last week and they were saying the screen saver causes that same problem. I'd check that out first, set it to 99999 hours

Not sure if it's your problem, but to clear preferences...
From the start menu, go to the Flexi (or SAI) programs.
Clear preferences from there
