Flexisign 12 to Gerber Odyssey 48" plotter

Hello,

I am new to this forum and I'm having an issue with Flexisign 12 to our older Gerber odyssey 48" plotter. we are using window 10, installed a serial. port that is compatible with windows 10. can someone give me a hand on making the computer with flexisign running to communicate the plotter

With serial port plotters it's usually about the port settings. They all have to match in the plotter, software and port device settings.
Unfortunately, it's been so long for me, I don't remember the recommended settings.
Was the plotter working before for you, and this is a new computer? Or is the plotter new to you?
Also Gerber had their own cables. You can't just pick one up at Frys. Make sure you have the correct cable.
