Flexisign not cutting everything it shows in production manager?

When I use the bosses comp his FlexiSign cuts only by color or selected color majority. Now two days in a row I made everything the same color and cut. It shows up in Production Manager but it doesn't cut everything. Is there some type of setting I am missing? My circular logo was nothing but an enormous circle of wasted vinyl. Thank you.

In production manager, go to 3rd icon under properties> send all colors, perhaps?

Do you have strokes in the file ?

You can see them, but Flexi won't cut them
