FlexiSign Pro 10 Problem

I'm having a problem with either my printer or my software. I've tried four times to print the same file (I've redone the file 2 times) but it stops printing after about 60%. Any suggestions?

How many megabytes is the file?

also, do search here, there are a number of threads by people with this problem. Solutions vary.
