I attended a one day training seminar with Mark Rugen today sponsored by Denco Sales and SAI. Mark is considered the foremost authority on Flexi and I see why. It lasted just over 7 hours long not including breaks and lunch. Worth every penny and Mark is a helluva nice guy as well as extremely informative. The guy really knows his stuff. I would encourage anyone using Flexi or looking to step into a different software to attend one of his classes if you get a chance. Additional, more in-depth training DVD's were available to purchase at dramatically reduced cost to attendees. You can catch some of his info at givemehelp.com
