I have a Flexistarter P-cut Edition 8.6v2sp1 from SAI and am having problems importing files and trying to convert them to outlines. No problem importing, just converting to outlines. I can convert to outlines the installed font with no problem. I went directly to SAI website and they would not help saying I needed to go the the seller for technical help. I bought the vinyl cutter off of eBay several years ago and cannot get a hold of the seller. I cannot find any one in my area with any idea of what to do. Hope any one out there can be of any assistance. Thanks, Jeff
