floor numbers for shops

I applied Ritrama floor talker laminate decal numbers to a shop floor. I told the customer that they could not have fork lifts turn on them...2 months later they want something else because the fork lifts have torn all 18 numbers. Any suggestions to something bigger better stronger?

Make them stencils for painting, I can't imagine any product holding up to forklift traffic
