Hi does anyone now what this problem is on the flora 2512 uv printer
please see the pictures attached

Looks like an internal data transmission problem. Try to rip a picture using only one pure colour (one of CMYK), maybe you'll find, which channel has a problem.

Maybe if you print just with a single channel (i.e. C), there will be no problem as other channels won't receive any data?

Hi tried that but same problem. It's also not reading the raster test. And no print head test

Switch off the printer and try to reconnect all communication cables inside, maybe there's a lack of contact. If it won't help, I guess you need a technician to diagnose/fix the problem.

thanks will have a go , we have no technicians around where i live thats why i am looking for help with the problem thanks again for your input .
