Does anyone have any guesses what product line this is? Does any one have experience with wrapping using fluorescent?

Fluorescent Equals Temporary in every language

Even Paint and Body guys cringe when someone says 'Fluorescent'. It is usually not even a year before fluorescent paint or vinyl doesn't look that fluorescent anymore.

There was an Audi buzzing around here with a fluorescent orange color job (either wrapped, painted, or plasti-dipped). It looked bright for about a month, then it looked like a 10 year old faded paint job. The color just won't last.

Every time I see a florescent vinyl claiming to last longer than 6 months I start to wonder under what permanently dark situation was it tested.

Nascar can get away with it.... they rewrap those cars every week
