Font Assistance Needed, and Appreciated!

Hi. I am doing some "replacement lettering" for a highway banner and have no idea what this font is. Any help would be appreciated! (the font I am looking for is the 2nd line of text on the attachment.
Closest I could find was BAUHAUS, but that is not it....
