I need help finding this font. My co-worker didn't do a very good job in surveying the location and now its up to me to recreate the signs. Could someone help me identify this font?

Hope the motel owner will be open to new layout & font.

That is typical fugly that comes from uneducated signmakers that only know how to push buttons & could careless how it looks or success of customer, & why traditional sign artist, craftsmen, writers, painters like myself dislike vinyl & cutters or printers & those that use them to much.
..Have some pride in what you do, create a better looking layout & use a font ya don't stretch out that much, even if same.

I asked for a font, not your advice. This is what the customer wanted. Please leave your opinions out of this.

I'm glad you asked to change it, can you change the layout ? can you change the size of the letters ?

I give my opinion because it is the truth & hope someone will learn or at least have more care & try, great thing about freedom of speech on the net.

If my customer I would show them a better layout, so they would see from a distance it would work better even if same font.

The typestyle is Burgess Brush which I believe might be a Gerber only font, but it doesn't hurt to search around.

Good call Malkin. Here's screen shot in Omega. Best bet is to have someone typeset it for you and save as an EPS.

Thanks Fred. I have wondered if offering to do that for folks would be against the forum terms of use? Since perhaps the custom Gerber style could be considered proprietary?

At worst it's a gray area. If you were using it to create a logo or a layout for the OP, no one would have much to say.
