Font gods be with me

I know it is a simple font but I can't seem to find it in my database. I have to cover (exactly) the existing lettering. Any help identifying this font would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like Times New Roman Bold to me, simple indeed.

That's what I thought but I don't have a Times that matched the cut off at the top of the "b".

Mine matches it, I don't know what to tell you. Regular Times looks quite a bit different, but Bold seems to be a perfect match here.

Okay I've tried but Times bold doesn't match like I need it to. Looks great on screen but doesn't really line up after making the necessary adjustments. Any other suggestions?

Are the customers that picky? Most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference especially if it's secondary copy.
