not sure what to tell you here besides it looks like a celtic style font
try searching on: www.dafont.com or http://www.webpagepublicity.com/free-fonts.html
it didn't match anything in my font library
maybe you can talk him out of using it and using something new so that way you can redo all of their signage, since they don't want to seem to give you the files you need to make what they have
