If you have Flexi ... it shouldn't take any time at all. Not sure what Illustrator can do for you.

I'd say custom, are you good with the bezier tool? If you're comfy with it, you should be able to do it in less time than drinking a cup of coffee. If not, I'm sure a few members here would do it for a couple bucks.

Looks custom - but there is a cool app called Font Match from Stretched Out Software that will scan all the fonts on your system for a match. Has a free trial too.

job is done. I scanned it yesterday and recreated it. A fast $60
