Font help on a bad file

Any guesses on this "Q"? I know the file is awful but it's what I've got to work with to do a fast job...

That does appear to be the case... hmmm I can't see this fella havin' it modified but I think you're right. Cool, thanks so much!

I decided I don't like it and subbed a scripty font. He gave me creative license since it's a rush job anyway LOL Thanks so much for the help! That was your memory workout for the day... you may take the rest of the day off, now.

It could be an alternate. I don't remember how to see those.

In illustrator you can find a menu item called glyphs that will display all the alternate characters and let's you double click on them to insert them into your text block.
