Font help? paint/grunge/etc

having trouble finding this one, any thoughts?
pretty close to drawing it by hand, but figure its worth a shot to find if it comes to anyone's mind:

heck, screw it. its distorted enough on its own that no1 will be the wiser :)
sometimes you just gotta use the pen tool!

still a bit of tweakin' needed before production, but this is just a layout for the client.
their designer might even be able to provide me a proper file when I have the time to track him down and give him a piece of my mind for sending low res .pdf's. (even though i do it too!)

Art! Hot and fresh.
Live trace is garbage. The trace function in Inkscape is an integrated po-trace open source code that does 20 times better than live trace (no square traces on a random pixel and garbage noise.)

i rarely let a drawing go by without matching everything perfectly, as it usually turns from proposal to shop drawing in a hurry and I hate getting stuck redoing artwork when I'm busy with other projects.

and boy am I busy! ...can't wait for ISA!
hopefully i can catch wi-fi, poolside, and keep up with my workload inbetween the show, seminars, and late-night s101 shenanighans!

also noted: for those of you who want to judge my tracing, I've already fixed the "extrusion" in my drawing. Tried cheating and just re-pasting on-top, but it never looks as good as the real deal :)
