I get CALLY 721 BOLD from Bay Animations.......A beefed up version of ZAPF CALLIGRAPHIC 801 with a few tweaks.

James, I gave you incorrect info. Forget everything about the Zapf Calligraphic 801.
CALLIGRAPH 810 BT Roman is what you will need. Just add a heavy stroke to it.
It's been a long day and I had pages & titles misconstrued.
