Font help please

Stumped again....not Futura.....

Futura Medium is the result I get. What character do you find doesn't match it?

well, the 'a', 'd', 'o' is more perfectly round, Futura is not. 's' doesn't match.
Unless my Futura Medium is jacked up, it's not a match.
FM also isn't quite bold enough.

There are probably a dozen or more manufacturers who each have their own versions of Futura. All that I looked at had the same unique features like the way the "c" terminates, the pointed bottom on the "v", the oversize round dot on the "i", the off balance crossbar on the "t". Any differences in roundness may be the result of designer modifying of width. Differences in boldness could be by designer mod or it could be a clone such as Limerick from the Serials collection in which all weights are intentionally different than the original Futura family weights.

I come up with the same as Fred...and there are quite a few different Futura fonts out there.

The font was originally designed in 1927 by Paul Renner for the Bauer Type Foundry. I don't think there is an "official" version at this point.
