I think it's closer to Haettenschweiler or Impact. In any case, it's been altered. You'll need to convert the type to outlines, add a stroke, "squish" it in a bit (side-to-side), and shear (all in.ai). Here's quick version…

Tikis on the money, Folio bold squished horizontally. or Portfolio Extra Bold(Regular) or Layout Black SSi (Black) they're all the same.
Haettenshweiler nothing like it.
