"First" looks like Flare Serif or Friz Quadrata, maybe a bit of Lucinda Handwriting thrown in for good measure.
The "C" in Magnolia almost looks like Commercial Script, with a swooshier ending.
This is purely speculation on my part, my font ID software is in my head.

The "C" is ShelleyAllegroBT and the "magnolia manor" is GoudyOLSTBT. I can't place the script "a sanctuary for your soul" right away.

Magnolia Manor is actually Berkeley Old Style, I can see the unique point at the top of the A.
