FONT HELP PLEASE!

I am usually only a few clicks behind the typo-demons on this site, but this one has me totally stumped. it seems so simple, like I have seen it a million times, but I am not computing! Any help will be much appreciated. Both the white letters and the black--- if you know.

Looks like Rockwell Regular but the base line of the middle stroke on the "M" is different.
