It looks like Zapf Chancery, but the joining bits are confusing.

Pretty sure you are right about Zapf Chancery. I think it may be squeezed in a bit too.

seems t like the capital G and V and E are different but it is really spot on on the small letters

Try Chancery Cursive. You will need to kern it 10% closer together but I think its a good match.
