Font Help Please

Hi All,

Who can identify this? I've tried five or so similar fonts but none match perfectly.

It's Times New Roman Bold squished with outlines, stripes etc and an outline shade

Thanks. It was my first choice before Baskerville, Caslon etc but the width of the O made me think it was something else. Every letter is squished differently which I was thinking is surely not the case
