Font Help Please

Embarassingly, I've come up empty handed for about a half hour now...

The closest I get is Joanna MT Italic with a modified serif on the "L".

Looks like a mixed bag of tricks to me!
The L has serifs looks like Palatino, the ees look italic, and the s looks like a version of Optima.
