Looks to be a knock-off or variation of ROMANA BOLD.....compressed a bit. I say knock-off or variation because the lower case c doesn't match.

Oh hell YES....Nice pull Tiki!!! I forgot about that one......being a Letraset press-type from the 80's. Never realized Elsner & Flake picked it up.
That one ate at my brain all day on today's job site ......never could pull it from the dregs though. I better make some catalog notes on that before I forget about iiiii................................
