Font help please

Anyone know what font the number 4 is? ignore the "1" just need to figure out the font for the "4".
Im pulling my hair out on this one and I feel like I should know it.

I have it as version of Helvetica Condensed Bold from the defunct The Font Company. It doesn't appear to have been retained in any of the currently available versions.
