Font help please

Anyone happen to know this one?

I think it is a combination of two, maybe manipulated, but been through my 4000 fonts and don't have anything even close....

any help would be appreciated

I was thinking it looked like a Becker especially, or an Atkinson.
I have a real Atkinson and a compliation of all the Beckers
(just wanted to brag)
But these are the ones I have from The Fontry...
The Becker is close but no cee-gar.
It really has an older look.
