I've come to the conclusion that it's a custom design based on the ludicrously stupid idea of combining Ballantines Script with Times New Roman.

Great. I like tracing. I just traced the entire mountain scene on a Montana 5th wheel. Made them all on a Summa plotter. Looks great. Got pictures

Yes, I agree. The measuring tape is in the way, but that's the client, not me. Ha ha.
