Anybody know what this font it? I have looked at so many fonts my eyes are crossed.. top one

Its definitely Playbill, looks like they westernized it somehow in the original sign.

Not Playbill unless someone took great pains to modify each and every serif with a little dip. This particular serif treatment is very common in western type faces, I'd be surprised if a modest amount of looking would turn up exactly what it is.

Yes, I looked everywhere.

I tried to tweak each one, a lot of work for a few $10.00 decals..
