    That must be the reason it's coming up NADA on a search
    of my fonts...I don't have it.

    URW Baskerville T Ultra Bold Wide Oblique is the closest I can come up with. Obviously the "R" and the "A" would need to be modified. The font is "close" and would likely need stretching and compressing.

    Try uploading this to whatthefont and you'll see what I mean:
