This has very even defined serifs, all branches are equal and it tends to be a little blockish. It may be an embroidery font but I would like something close.

Yeah I kinda figured that. I do embroidery and I can converty truetype fonts so I was hoping that it would be at least close to a truetype font.

Rockwell may be as close as I can get but it has serifs that go both way son the top of the "A" and it is more roundish than blockish.

In Embroidery you can use truetype fonts, but a lot of embroidery softwares have pre-digitized fonts. They are fonts that the software company and predigitized and the software will allow you to put those letters together to form words. It is like "Hand Drawn". And there are probably 12-15 major digitizing softwares (most run anywhere from $2000 - $15,000) and each one have their own predigitized fonts. And each one may have up to a couple hundred fonts so if you aren't using the same software that someone else is, you may not have that font. You just hope that you can find a truetype font that is close enough and digitize it yourself.
