Font ID help please?

I have spent hours searching, I have posted to WhatTheFont.com and no one has an answer. We are restoing an International Scout Rallye and I need these 2 fonts for the lettering/striping.
I found a kit with striping for $225.00 ;-(

Can anyone help? These are the only images we have, and since they are distorted, I cannot trace them.

Font ID THANKS!!!

How absolutely wonderful that you could ID these 2 fonts for me...I have been looking on and off for over a week, trying to find them. I will certainly remember to ask you again next time I need help! A Signs101 friend told me that there was some expert here who could help me. Thank you!!!!
