Font id help please!

My buddies dad passed away and he wanted to use his #51. Does any one know of a font that is close to the #51 in the picture. Thanks for your time in trying to help me out!

You won't find a font for both numbers. You can use Clarendon for the 1. American Patriot (patrious 01) for the 5 ...with some minimal modifications and then stretching and negative skewing on both.
