Font ID help please

Not the greatest picture, but can any one ID this font. I have found several fonts that are very close, but I have not been able to find an exact match. Thank you very much in advance.

SDH- Is Gotham (Ultra)
Septic - looks to be more Gotham Narrow (Ultra)

Actually the bottom line of copy was still Gotham Ultra. The "designer" merely artificially squeezed it.

If it takes me to long to find the actual typeface, I just recreate it and plot all the points myself, then just add appropriate contours to get your desired look.
