Font Id help please!

Sorry for the bad copy, looking for these 2 fonts, or maybe they are in the same font?

GILL SANS family.....

customized...off course.

Gill Sans Bold on top...

The bottom one is tricky for me...I thought it was Myriad Pro Semi Bold, but it's not quite there.

It's very pixelated when I click on it...
Is it showing that way on your end???

The "M" on Gill is different than the "M" on the bottom copy...my knee jerk reaction was Frutiger, but Frutigers "M" has straight edges....then I was thinking Myriad but the x case is a little low and the "t"s of a little low...but it's bitmapped so much that it's kinda hard to tell.....

On the image below The Top image is All Gill Sans...the bottom is Gill on top and Myriad Regular on the bottom...Myriad is off but it's not Gill either...I know the typeface but can't recall it...I may need a vacation.
